This location for BofA is such a bad representation of what this banking business should be. As a customer of almost 20 years, I have never been so dumbfounded by stupidity and ignorance.Yesterday, my husband visited this location to deposit cash into my personal account. He had my debit card, pin, and the cash. He was turned away as he is not an account holder and was told the account holder must complete deposits when inside the bank.This morning I received an email survey based on "my" visit yesterday, so I took the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction and inconvenience of needing to make a 2nd trip only to be called by someone who was rude, over-talked, and ultimately leaving me so angry, I hung up on her. I tried to tell her that anytime I have made a deposit inside the bank I have NEVER been asked my name or any additional verification. She stated this is their policy for safety and suggested we use the ATM in the future.Upon entering the branch this afternoon, I am asked by someone who appears to be some sort of security asking me the reason why I am there. (Why else does someone go into a bank? For freaking groceries, or what?) I respond with I'm here to make a deposit. He then asks if it's cash or check. Why is this information necessary when I am here for a banking transaction? My response is cash. I'm permitted to proceed....gee thanks.Waiting in line, there is a senior gentleman trying to make a withdrawal. The lack of professionalism by the woman behind the counter (not the teller) was concerning to me as myself and other bank customers had full awareness of the conversation including the amount this senior person had in his account and that he is limited to withdrawals once per week per his Power of Attorney.I get to the teller desk, insert my debit card, enter my pin, and hand the cash to the teller stating I am making a deposit. Guess what? He takes my money and processes it without any additional need for verification.As he is printing my deposit slip, I ask to speak to the manager to express my dissatisfaction in this recent experience when another bank employee attempts to explain the reason they do not let just anyone make a deposit is to prevent money laundering. That anyone could make a deposit here, another deposit in Texas, and so on if they don't verify the person making the deposit. I turn to the teller and ask him how he determined I was the account holder without any other verification than my debit card and pin being entered in. His response was he saw that I was female. That's it folks, I am female and therefore I am the account holder.Turning back to the bank employee, I emphasize the stupidity here and he states my husband could have just used the ATM. So let's dismiss the personalized experience people prefer when dealing with money? This bank location is grossly underestimating the intimate customer experience some prefer and are just downright unprofessional.

Love bank of america! Even more so, this bank! All of the staff are excellent, Alicia Dixon works hard everyday to ensure all customers needs are met at satisfactory or above! 10/10 recommend!

Dont waste your time they're not for the people! I was getting my tax money sent to my account and they shut it down before my tax money was deposited for no apparent reason and I had to make a new account and wait on a paper tax check for almost 2 months!! I took the paper check up there and they put it on hold and trying to pay it to me in payments and charge for cashing checks even though you have an account with them. My family used to bank with them and they all went to another bank that actually knows what the hell is going on and are there for you. If I could I'd give this bank 0 star!! They are rude and give you the run around. Don't ever bank here!! BE AWARE!!! IT'LL SAVE YOU THE TIME AND HEADACHE!!

I've been a long time customer of BofA, and I've never encountered such rudeness from the 2 people (a man and a woman) working as tellers today.I think it's time to find a new bank. Extremely disappointed.

You cannot get access to your checks. I deposited a check from my employer and they put a hold on it for 7 days. Even though they have already deposited one from the same employer prior. It would understandable if this was a personal check but this was from a company.

They don’t want to help you there, and there gonna be rude as possible while dealing with you. Second time I’ve had to deal with rude people at this place. DO NOT recommend coming here due to awful customer service.

Well, I don't bank here, and never have, never will. This is a community relations review.So I was driving my 4 door long bed truck in town one day, (yes, I know, it's my choice to drive it) and I was running an errand right by BOA. The truck is too large for any on street parking, so I pursued one of the many empty spots in BOA lot. There were maybe six total cars in the lot, and I'm guessing who must be the parking lot "guard" tells me I can't park in the lot unless I'm going to the bank. Fair enough, although I could see the issue with parking in the lot if I had taken the last spot, which I didn't. This guy is yelling at me about taking up a spot while he's double parked, and taking up two spaces himself. Be a good community neighbor and help someone out if it doesn't hinder you.
