Customer service is pretty bad here. They have a decent number of employees but nobody seems to ever be "working". There seems to be a whole lot more socializing and goofing off.

If I could give them a zero, I absolutely would. It might be OK for small banking, but do not go here if you own a business. I have bank with this establishment since I was 16 years old, I’m currently 31. I don’t know what has happened in the last five years, but it’s awful.

Terrible customer service. Rude clerks and incompetent managers. Be careful asking simple questions, you may get yelled at. Will be switching banks.

Worst bank I have encountered, bar none. Bb&t was awesome. Not sure what happened with truist, but they couldn't even close an account correctly apparently. I closed my account here in December, in person at the bank. Now, they are claiming my account is still activated and has a negative balance.

The ATM is down often. I used it today, the ATM took, counted, deposited my $200. I checked my balance, then an hour later committed a "conditional reversal". I called, staff E. spoke over me several times, was not helpful or friendly. Several hours later my money has still not been returned to my account. Very, very disappointing CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have regretted switching banks after 11 years and am considering going elsewhere.

I am / have using /used several banks. I use one other bank in WNC but I prefer BB&T across the Southeast. The one in Lincolnton is outstanding!
