We have been shopping Ingles sales more frequently as of late because they have had items on sale that we use on a regular basis cheaper than Walmart or Aldi. We only drive over there for the sales as their regular prices including their store brand Laura Lynn are higher otherwise. You also get fuel points on purchases, but if their gas is higher than surrounding stations and the fuel points only bring it down to what stations around them are selling gas for then there is no savings there. On our last visit I went to the deli to get some sliced lunch meat and cheese. When I walked up I was the only customer but the guy behind the counter, who wasn't very friendly said he would have to take my order and fill it later and I would have to come back for it. Ok, whatever. When we got home the cheese was one big fused together glob with no shingling or paper between the slices and it was impossible to pull off a single slice of cheese without it tearing-see photo, so I don't know if I will use the deli here again.Like I said some of the sales prices make it worth a drive to Lincolnton to shop here, otherwise the prices are too high to include Ingles in our stores we normally shop at for groceries.

They like to accuse people of shoplifting. Without knowing what's going on. I have a disability and I was in a shopping cart and it was going dead and I went to switch it out and the manager on duty accused me of shoplifting. Even though I showed him my debit card and said I was paying for the items I was switching out the dead cart. I will not be back it was embarrassing. He should have let me pay for my groceries. I

Ingles has the best selection of food, etc. around! You can get everything you want at Ingles with no problems. It is a pleasure to get the brand names you want along with their own Laura Lynn. I find everything that I have gotten by Laura Lynn to be excellent as well. It is nice to have a wide variety of choices to appeal to the general public. Thank you for being here for my family.

The co-manager on duty, Jeremy Hynek, went way beyond expectations helping me on 11/24/21 and changed my whole outlook about Ingles even though I had no complaints before. This a wonderful place to deal with!

Stopped in when they opened a couple of years ago but at the time, it was really out of the way for me. Of course I lived in Cornelius which was 10 miles further away and the Ingles I did occasionally visit were in Statesville. I grew up in Brevard and we would occasionally shop when we went to Asheville. Started out as a run of the mill Grocery Store but was shocked when I went to a High School Reunion Picnic a couple of years ago in Brevard. We were supposed to bring something to the picnic. I was blown away when I went in with the quality, cleanliness and selection and found everything I needed for the picnic. Went out for lunch a couple of Saturdays ago and had to drive past it to get to the restaurant. Needed to pick up some items from the Grocery Store so we stopped on the way back. Just like the Ingles in Brevard and the new one in Statesville. very clean, very friendly, great selection including some hard to find items. Great selection in the Deli and Produce is Great. Found what I need and a couple things more. Granted it now as close as several other grocery stores but definitely a place to remember when I want something special. Now that I have move to Denver, they are at least 8 miles closer

Bulk food, olive bar, salad bar and more! Oh plus a large cafe area with plugs to recharge your devices and free WiFi! This is definitely more than a grocery store. This was my first experience here. They also have a Starbucks next to the cafe. Only compliant the bathrooms were out of toilet paper except one stall. And paper towels.

...... At what point do you realize that some people are just not meant for customer service?? I started my day off as a DIY mother attempting to make a unicorn cake for my daughters 5th birthday. Very soon after I realized that said unicorn cake was not going to be accomplished. OVERWHELMED with the thought of disappointment on my daughters face when I showed her my "Nailed it" cake (Netflix Nailed it show, go watch, you'll see) I desperately sought the help of a trained professional, who shall remain nameless, but whose name rhymes with Maria... whilst talking to the nameless professional I realized that her training only covered frosting and sprinkles. THATS IT! When I asked if eatable glitter was an option I was told pouring glitter on a cake was just to. damn. hard. and was not covered in this professionals training therefore it was not an option. Referencing back to my training experience as a diy expert I thought to myself.... exactly how hard could it be to pour glitter on a cake?!?! Apparently it's just to hard of a task for Ingles finest bakers (Lincolnton location). To bring my rant to an ending, I've come to the conclusion that if it's a extraordinary cake your after, this is not the location to go to. But, however, if it is a plain and simple cake your after that resembles one that my five year old could make, please see the nameless professionals of the Lincolnton Ingles bakery. *mic drop*
