Their minute clinic and Dr/ Nurse Lori Elmore were the greatest! I wasn't nervous, everything was explained, I felt very comfortable with visit and would definitely see her again. I'm just speaking on her behalf bc I did not use any other drs/ nurses but Lori. I usually have bad times with these types of visits but she went above and beyond! Thank you to her!

Date: [February 2nd, 2024]As a regular patron of CVS, a service-oriented pharmacy that prides itself on convenience and efficiency, I find it immensely disheartening to express my profound dissatisfaction with their prescription service, which has consistently fallen short of basic expectations. My trust, once steadfast in their ability to process prescriptions in a timely manner, has been met with repeated failures, culminating in an experience that compels me to voice my grievance. On four separate occasions, the promise of convenience has been overshadowed by inconvenience. Each time I called in my prescription, the expectation was clear: CVS would process the order and notify me when it was ready for collection. This basic service—a cornerstone of their customer care—has been egregiously unmet. Most notably, on January 26th, after taking the due diligence to call in my prescription, I was met with silence. No text, no call, no indication of readiness—nothing but an unsettling quietude that forced me to question whether my health matters to this establishment. It was an omission that not only inconvenienced me but also reflected a disregard for my wellbeing.Fast forward to today, my patience already worn thin, I once again called at 5 p.m., assured that my prescription would be ready within the hour. Trusting their word, I granted them an additional hour of grace. Yet, upon my arrival at 7 p.m., I was confronted with the unacceptable reality that my prescription still lay dormant, unprocessed, and forgotten.Herein lies the heart of the issue: promises broken, times wasted, and a customer's health needs treated as an afterthought. For an additional and unmerited 30 minutes, I was shackled to their waiting area, a period during which reflection and frustration became synonymous. This pattern of inefficiency leads to the inevitable questioning of the internal processes that CVS employs. What systemic failures contribute to these lapses in service? Is there an oversight in communication, a mismanagement in staffing, or a deeper-rooted issue within their prescription handling protocol? Whatever the reason, it stands as unacceptable. In a sector where precision and timely care are paramount, CVS has demonstrated an inconsistent and unreliable service that corrodes the trust of its customer base. My experiences are not merely isolated incidents but symptomatic of a larger, pervasive problem that warrants immediate and lasting corrective action. The tenor of this review is fuelled by more than mere frustration; it is a clarion call for CVS to introspect, reassess, and uphold the standards of service they advertise. Patients entrust their health to their pharmacy, a responsibility that should be revered, not recurrently mishandled.I urge CVS to address these shortcomings with the seriousness they command. Until then, my confidence in their services remains broken, akin to the repeated promises that have heralded nothing but disappointment.Sincerely,[A Disenchanted Customer]

Pharmacy closed @4pm. No options to talk to anyone. What has caused this incompetence? Not first time cannot reach anyone there but first experience of immediate call response that Pharmacy is closed even though order to be filled after 5pm. Do not understand

I've used CVS Pharmacy for years, but recently it has been the absolute worst experience. I had gone to ER because I was sick and had breathing difficulties. They sent several prescriptions in to CVS for me to help keep my airways clear. 2 days later, my prescriptions are still not ready.

This review is about the pharmacy. I have been getting my prescriptions there for 6 years. Today, like many times before, I told her my last name and date of birth. My last name is hyphenated. Who knew that could cause such confusion. She couldn’t find any record of me, either by name or DOB. In fact she said “there’s nothing in here” like no big deal with a big smile on her face. It was beyond aggravating. I said I’m done. I really snapped. Dealing with this on a regular basis is beyond ridiculous. They transferred my prescription to Walgreens. Done with CVS. 12/29 I picked up my prescription from Walgreens (no issues finding me, go figure). I also learned that CVS sends pharmacy customers to Walgreens on a regular basis. Turns out I am not the only one fed up with the terrible customer service.

Bad attitudes and texts not doing what customer needs. Making threats and wouldn't fill my much needed antidepressants. Have called 3 times to find out it was delivered to wrong address. You have the wrong person working with CVS in the pharmacy. He has no empathy for people.

Went in to get two of my prescriptions, and I don’t take my second prescription that often and don’t really pay attention to the name and when the pharmacist asked me for the name, I told her I don’t know, but it should be on my profile of the name of my prescription because I only take two and she told me to be 15 to 20 minutes once I circled back around after 15 to 20 minutes she told me it would be $30 but the last time I got my prescription it was $10 which I informed her of and she said it’s a 90 day supply and I asked her what does it say in the system that I got last time thinking she would follow what that prescription says ain’t fill out that bottle And she says it was a 30 day supply last time that’s why it was $10 and I said well can I get that like I usually do never seen this pharmacist here before very short gray hair stubby wears glasses very rude and very mean, she made sure to huff and puff on the way to notify the pharmacist that they need to change my medication and told me I’d be another 10 minute wait I’ve never felt so disrespected and my entire life that was horrible customer Service I have ever experience.

[Review of PHARMACY - store staff has always been kind and helpful].Currently 32 weeks pregnant; my OBGYN prescribed me a low dose antidepressant (Zoloft, which I have taken before, and is regarded by most prenatal doctors to be the safest option for pregnant women). I went to pick it up, expecting it to be a very simple process. Instead, the pharmacist on duty detained me for almost 15 minutes, grilling me on my choice to take this medication while pregnant.Asked me things like "Does your OBGYN know you're taking this?" Yes - he's the one who prescribed it. "What did he TELL you?" (borderline yelling, might I add). I don't understand the question. "What did he SAY?" I'm autistic, can you just ask what you're trying to ask instead of dancing around the question like a little bridge troll with a riddle? "Do you KNOW what this will do to your baby?" Yes, my doctor has discussed the risks - they are minor and I am being monitored weekly on account of the fact that I am THIRTY TWO WEEKS PREGNANT.Pharmacist proceeded to hound me on the risks and judge me for choosing to take an SSRI medication while pregnant, because it doesn't matter what you do, if you're a mom, you're the bad guy as soon as a white man in the room decides he has an opinion. You know what else is risky to unborn babies? Depressed moms. Newsflash: some women struggle with depression, and hormones make that a hell of a lot worse. I chose to stop taking this medication for the majority of my pregnancy and manage on my own, but I got to the point where I couldn't anymore. I wanted to get things back under control before giving birth as I am at high risk for PPD - so SUE me.

The workers were rude & lazy. Minus maybe 1. Chassy clearly hates her job to be a “pharmacist” & looked as if she just crawled out of bed. ANYWAYS - If you don’t like to work with the public FIND A NEW CAREER. I hope you all have the day you deserve!

Got note in text prescripts we’re ready. Waited in drive through. Lllllooooonnngggg time then when got to the window, it was closed saying system down. Why didn’t someone come out and tell all those waiting in line to come back later.Went inside too. Had screens closed. No explanation on them.Terrible service! If my insurance didn’t require me to use CVS. I’d go to Walgreen. Never had trouble with them.Maybe next October I’ll switch it all.

Not real fond of the 'check yourself out' register. CVS is missing a chance to have one on one relationship with their customer base. Although the associate's up front are always helpful and offer to assist in your check out.

Customer service today was the worst I have ever experienced. Waited in line for 15 mins in the drive thru.. car in front of me gets their meds and before they drive off the drive thru worker at the pharmacy lowers the blinds and they close for lunch with me still in line. I go in and the lady at the front working said they lunch from 1:30-2 and she can't do anything about it. If my husband's work wasn't contracted thru cvs I'd be going somewhere else. This was unacceptable. My husband had surgery today and I was there getting his meds so i had to wait 30 mins then go back to get his meds. This was very unprofessional

Beware. Count your meds before leaving the store. Don't use the drive thru. As soon as you drive away you take responsibility for all your meds. I learned this the hard way. I was short on my pain med Count. Nothing they will do about it. So they just lost a 20+ year customer. And I'm out a dosage of my meds. They need to find people who can count.

This CVS is the absolute worst customer service in the pharmacy that I've ever had to deal with. If my insurance wasn't contacted with them I'd never go back.
