“I came here today just to see what they had and there were some fun and unique things that they had the prices were definitely reasonable I definitely will come back but trying to find the place if you're not careful you can drive right past it luckily they have their big old sign outside”

“Not sure who the lady was on previous reviews. A young guy in his late teens or early 20s was working the front and then a woman with glasses rang me up on 01/12/2026. She was nice and took well to my excitement on their dollar aisle. My adhd was in overdrive and I was so happy walking out. I would travel the 20+ miles it took for me to get there from Metro area of Charlotte. We don't get the same products in the city. And half of our shelves aren't even stocked. I was able to spend on stuff I needed and get some new face masks made in korea that aren't even available in Charlotte. I will be back for a monthly check in on the dollar aisle.”
“I would like to say kudos to Boger City Dollar General. Went in today they are training a sweet young lady with Downs Syndrome. I commend you for this! I will keep going to that store although I have a choice of 5 in my immediate area.”
“Very friendly staff, and nice, clean store! I've gotten to know the employees and I have to say it really burns me up to see some of these reviews complaining about only one register open and shelves not being stocked because you all need to realize they , like every business are given a tight budget for labor! These people work their tails off trying to keep the store clean and stocked while also trying to run register, they aren't allowed to have more than 2 people working at a time most days and some days only allowed one person! So, when you see some of the shelves empty, that's why... When you see an employee outside smoking, that's probably the first break they've gotten in 4 or 5hrs! The two ladies that usually work during the day are constantly running around the store trying so hard to clean and stock and take care of their rude customers that do nothing but fuss and complain about them not standing behind the register all day while at the same time they're complaining about items not in stock! Come on people! Can you be in 2 places at once? These ladies do their best!”
“The manager and the employees are often smoking right outside the door.It's not professional at all. Also I noticed the help is taking up parking by using the spaces in front of the store.The manager seems to be rude and has a sour look on her face all the time.Help is hard to find but these workers are ridiculous.Although they have one male that seems to be very nice and friendly to the people. They are slow at the lines.I go out of my way to avoid this DG if all possible. New management is a must.”
“So after a while of going this place isn't that bad. The store tends to be clean. Otherwise tends to be low in stock of a lot of frozen items or refrigerated items. However they otherwise are friendly and nice to deal with.”

“I miss the where the old Dollar Tree stores used to function now it's just a Dollar Tree name and it cost me just as much going anywhere else than the Dollar Tree this really affects people that need something more affordable always went to the Dollar Tree to get my money wasted on a dollar item that I needed that was affordable”
