Starting out we were excited to begin the home ownership process. Traci and her team were patient and really worked with us. There were several big road bumps that would have made any bank walk away. Mostly the sellers we were dealing with, not wanting to do the things necessary to meet the loans requirements. After several tries we finally got a good seller and got to close in just over a month. The process was fairly easy and they worked with us every step of the way. We had a difficult journey that was made easier by the efforts of Traci Dellinger and her team.They get an extra star because they went above and beyond to help get us the right loan to fit our needs after dealing with a sudden change in our financial situation due to personal reasons. Would highly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a loan.
