Great customer service, clean and quiet location, and I felt that my storage items were very safe and secure. I used the climate controlled section and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience.

Management is extremely nice and knowledgeable about how my items should be stored (climate or non climate controlled). Also, prices are reasonable, and the facility is extremely clean and well lit at night. I would definitely recommend renting from this company.

The manager Darlene is very helpful and friendly. The units are clean. The grounds are well kept. Smoking not allowed on premises which reduces the fire hazard.

Darlene set an incredibly high customer service standard that I rarely find. She honestly cares about her customers. As I expressed our needs, more than once she went out of her way to watch for units that best met our needs. My expectations for service companies are now much higher, thanks to this sweet lady!

I dealt with this location when my brother passed away in 2004 and the humanity and caring I was shown then made me return all these years later when I needed a unit. And I was not disappointed. Darlene helped me get a unit and gave me all the details quickly and efficiently. It feels good knowing I am dealing with someone who genuinely cares about her customers and is so invested in her work. Such a pleasure. I will recommend this storage to everyone.

We were looking for storage locally. Called a few spots and was referred to Lincoln Storage. I spoke with Darlene who was friendly and informative to what we needed. We had an appointment today with her who greeted us professionally and friendly. The appearance and cleanliness of the office and grounds impressed us. I would recommend this storage place to friends and family.
