It's the US equivalent of Sam's or BJ's wholesale, actually, I do believe they are owned by Sam's because they offer a lot of the same products. could be Costco too. because they sell a lot of Kirkland products. at any rate, it's worth the membership because you can get quantities of items that you can't get elsewhere and the prices are very reasonable.

So disappointed. What has happened to Lowes customer service? Ordered a deadbolt that needed to have keyed same as my other locks. I was told only 1 person in the store could do this for my lock type. I called over 4 different days when my order came in since did not want to make two trips to the store. On the 4th day was told the person was working that day but had left for lunch so I drove 45 minutes assuming they would be back by the time I got to the store.(This was over my lunch hour) Picked up lock and when I went to hardware dept the person could not be found. I spend 35 minutes trying to get someone to find the person since they even admitted the person should have been back from lunch. Finally got a manager to come to front and they said the individual had been fired that morning so there was no one to help me. No one was concerned about my time or the inconvenience to me. Said they would call Denver store to see if anyone could do the keying but after 15 more minutes they could never get anyone to answer in Denver. I left my email and said to let me know when someone would be available in Denver. It is now 4 hours later and no one has reached out to me to give an update. I have now been on hold at the Denver store for over 15 minutes and no one has answered the phone. So seems Lowes no longer cares about their customers and I will drive out of my way now to purchase from either an Ace hardware or Home Depot
