Had a slow leaking tire and originally went in for that to see what was going on. Tyler at the front desk was extremely helpful and explained that the techs found a nail in the tire and could patch it. I also had them rotate the tires. Tyler and I discussed a tune up and he was honest and professional! He recommended the spark plugs and I realized I hadn’t had them replaced since I bought the car. They replaced them quickly and also Tyler even took the price of the tire repair off as well to help with the cost! That is taking care of a customer right there!! If I didn’t live in Michigan I would come back for evert service! Guess I will have to visit family down here in NC more often!!

Got a tire patched while I was at work and picked up at the end of the day. Service was timely and affordable, staff was friendly, and they only charged me for 1 tire patch when they fixed 2 punctures. Great experience

Gave free exhaust inspection. I thought that I may need new exhaust system, but turned out I just needed a new muffler. Was able to get state inspection done at the same time. All work done below quoted price and quickly. Very satisfied.

A very nice experience to have a crank shaft sensor replaced in my 2012 Kia Soul. I was greated over the phone and in person with pleasant conversation. I was made to feel more than a 'customer ', the replacement was quite quickly. All of my questions were answered in a fast turnaround. I had a bit of sticker shock on the charge for labor, but was definitely happy having a fixed car.

Overall satisfied with the service, but a little disappointed that my windshield washer fluid wasn’t checked or topped off, especially since it was low enough that there was a message being displayed on the dash. Makes me wonder if the other things included in the 23 point checklist that is advertised by Meineke were actually checked.Services: Tire rotations

Needed my car inspected and front passenger tire checked. I made my appointment (online - don’t do it) and dropped my car off the night before. My appointment was for 7:30 am and at 12 pm I get a phone call asking “what they’re supposed to be doing with this Rogue?” I told them I did an online app where I listed what needed to be done and I was given some excuse about not being able to see appointments in time. They said they would get it done. No updates or phone calls until I called the next day asking for an update. The manager told me my car wouldn’t pass inspection because of the tint. This car has had the same tint on it for three years and passed three inspections. So I go pick it up this evening and find out I owe $23 for a labor charge - fine, no big deal…I paid it and asked for a copy of the failed inspection and was told the copy was in my car. I searched the car, no failed inspection paper. I ask for it again and then find out that the “failed inspection” never went into “the actual system.” So they couldn’t provide me with the failed inspection paper. I asked what I paid a labor charge for then? I was issued a refund and the lady that helped me was very nice, but the manager that called me not so much.

I went in for a state inspection, and it was a really great experience. From the online appointment, to the lovely gentleman working the front (he's a gem!), to me leaving it was all great. I will likely be back very soon to give my vehicle some maintenance love she needs. Thank you all for a stress free appointment!
