“The best AT&T location, we went in and Tyler was very helpful. We switched over from Verizon and Tyler gave us a price quote and he infored us about all the charges and he let us know that we would have partial month charges. He couldn't give us the exact amount but he was close. I will only ever go to this location and see Tyler. Also huge shoutout to his manager Carlos who was off but still picked up the phone to answer questions.”
“Metro store employees are great and coverage is wonderful. Their customer service phone line is very hard to speak to a representative and you have to be on hold for a long time to get thru. If you need help, try going to one of their stores.”
