Took my lottery ticket to cash in. A new lady scanned my ticket and then said their system went down, and they couldn't help me. I went to another store, and it showed paid already. Went back to this store to talk to staff, and the lady was no help. I tried to rectify the situation, Austin told me there was nothing he could or would do today to come back tomorrow. He did confirm the store was showing a paid out for my ticket in their system. They never gave me my winnings. I called the next day to talk to opener Kim, Kim refused to help, saying that she knew nothing about it even though Austin left a note beside the lottery machine. Kim put Austin on the phone, stating she would cuss me out if she had to talk to me, I let Austin know i would not accept being threatened by an employee because I am trying to reticfy the situation of them stealing my lottery winning. Austin says I can talk to his manager, Sandy,who's on vacation for 1 week. Austin told me that he never told me to come today or call Kim. He said a manager would have to fix it. This was NEVER told to me at the store! The staff are liars and theives! Not an apology for their mustake. Only I can't help you, called me a liar and threatened me for calling to get help with their error!! I spend too much money at this location with company and personal funds. Never again! I'll be sure to tell every person who will listen. This store stole my payout and refused to fix the problem. I will call NCEL to report tomorrow as toda6 they're closed for a holiday.

Workers are very rude went in to buy from their deli and all because I didn’t know what some of the things are considering it’s not labeled I got talked to very rudely and embarrassed In front of everyone. Need new staff.

Usually dirty. And most of the morning employees almond seem miserable. When asked to do their job it's inconvenient for them. Rude and someone needs to tell them.
