The actual CPA's may be amazing, but I never got that far due to the receptionist. SBH were recomended by a close friend. I called to arrange an appointment to do my taxes. Honestly I had some basic questions, and she made me feel like my questions were laughable, she actually laughed at me on the phone! She was extremely sarcastic. My wife later called to give them a second chance.The same lady answered, and was condescending to my wife as well. They could have had an annaul client, but we will not be using them due to the lack of professionalism of the office staff.
