I go in to buy a pack of cigarettes and realize I don't have a lighter so I got one and the only thing I paid for was a lighter. Got cigarettes free. Don't know if this is my fault or theirs or if I should go back and pay. It's not as if I stole them and it was only when I looked at my bank statement that I noticed I got them free.

Customer service is good but lock your doors when you go in because a lot of interesting people visit.

The people there are friendly and helpful. The owners are amazing and caring people who care about the community. They do not allow violent or disruptive customers which makes me feel safe shopping there. I'm a single mom of three so having a store like this one close to home makes life so much easier!
