We don't really go to Walmart very much anymore. We use the home delivery and have nothing but great things to say. Our service is always outstanding. Our drivers do a wonderful job.

Walmart has forever lost me as a customer. I used Walmart pay to pay for my groceries. The cashier said it didn’t go through and I had to pay with my card, so I did. Well, both payments ended up being charged to my bank account. I called up there that night, and they said to wait a few days for the payment to fall off. Well, 2 days later it was still charged twice. I went to the store and showed them that I had a paper receipt and a receipt on my app. They would not refund the amount because it had not cleared. They told me to wait a few more days and to come back if it still hadn’t gone away. So I went back to the store a week after the initial transaction and showed the same manager that I had been talking to that it still was on my account twice and had now cleared. She refused to refund me for the double transaction. She said I had to dispute it with my bank. Why wouldn’t she have told me that in the first place? Meanwhile I am out an additional $200 that I am having to now wait on a dispute! It is just ridiculous! Walmart is a multimillion dollar company that can afford to refund me for being charged twice for the same groceries! I am deleting my app and will no longer shop at Walmart for anything. Ridiculous!
