“I have used Mavis on Jake Alexander since I moved to Salisbury. I stopped in late one day and needed them to change an O2 sensor since it was corroded onto the car and I could not get it as I was starting to round it off. They didn’t have their normal mechanic there that does this work so they called the Faith rd. store and directed me there. The staff got the O2 sensor off and installed a new one and also identified some other major issues that were needing to be fixed. I was an Army mechanic and I have not driven the car in a while, but I asked them to show me what the issues were. The manager walked me to my car and showed me the issues and they did need to be fixed. He gave me a quote which was a little high so he worked with me and changed the labor rate and gave me a discount. The manager there was really kind really professional and didn’t B.S. me on what needed to be done and what could wait. They did a timely and professional job. I would recommend them to anyone in the future!”

“Was amazed at how quickly Andy was able to work me in today - I was told at a major chain that I had two cracks in my rear wheel and they tried to sell me a $1,300 replacement wheel. I got a referral to Andy at Todd's and Andy took the wheel off, inspected it, found ONE crack and that my valve stem was loose. He also checked the other real wheel and found yet another crack, however it wasn't as bad and it wasn't leaking air - yet. He fixed that one as well and checked my front two wheels before setting me back on the road. I am an EXTREMELY satisfied client of Todd's now and look forward to taking ALL of my vehicles there for tires and wheels/service. GREAT JOB ANDY AND STAFF!”

“Recently got a set of Michelins for my 2021 Tesla. Jay was knowledgeable and helpful. They had my Pilot Sport 4AS’s ordered and on the car SAME DAY. When he rang me up, we’d already agreed on the price, but the amount dropped by over $100. He said they’d gotten an additional discount from Michelin and they always pass that along to the customer. I was SHOCKED! An honest business owner in 2025? Pure gold!”
“I had a blowout on the highway and needed a tire fast and it was almost 5pm. I called one tire place and they closed at 5, but I was told to call Crown Tire since they were open until 6:30! I’m so happy this happened, the staff was super helpful and they had exactly what I needed! I highly recommend going here!”

“Very helpful! I bought a tire from the people that work behind the shop who sell tires out of a building in the back and they gave .e an awful tire that would not hold air in it. I finally went and bought a new tire but it was bad when I drove off with it and 7:00 Saturday morning my tire was flat ,that I just had put on...hadn't drove it but a few blocks home!! Anyway I pumped it up and went by here to see if they could tell Mr what was wrong and he ame out and sprayed a soapy water on it and big bubbles formed on the back side of the wall of the tire ,like four small pin holes!,! Very friendly! Didn't charge me for helping . Much appreciated!”

“Omg this place was so amazing! We had a nail in one of our tires and there was a slow leak. I Googled a tireshop near me and this one was one of the only ones still open and only 10 mins away from where we were. Got there and one of the mechanics came out and assisted us right away. He immediately took the tire off, pulled out a huge nail and tried to plug it. The hole in the tire ended up being too big so we needed to replace it and the mechanic was able to do that for us! We were literally there no more than 15 minutes! They moved quick! And the prices were great! The service was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much C&S Tire and Auto! Y'all saved us!”
