“One night on my way to work I heard a pop! I didn't know what it was. Well when I got off from work the next morning I discovered I had a flat tire. I'd just bought that tire three months prior. I used Google and found Welcome Tire and Auto and I was thrilled with their work. Jason looked at the tire. Gave me several different options if he couldn't save the tire. “Omg this place was so amazing! We had a nail in one of our tires and there was a slow leak. I Googled a tireshop near me and this one was one of the only ones still open and only 10 mins away from where we were. Got there and one of the mechanics came out and assisted us right away. He immediately took the tire off, pulled out a huge nail and tried to plug it. The hole in the tire ended up being too big so we needed to replace it and the mechanic was able to do that for us! We were literally there no more than 15 minutes! They moved quick! And the prices were great! The service was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much C&S Tire and Auto! Y'all saved us!”

“These guys are awesome. Had a suspicious leak in a tire on my way down to Charlotte from Winston-Salem. I stopped there unannounced and they got me right in. They were able to diagnose the problem, a botched patch job from another place. Nothing they can really do about it. I told them I'd take it up with the other place and get them to sort out their own mistake. These guys charged me 20 bucks for their time, which was totally fair, and sent me on my way. While I was waiting, I saw several people come through with various issues and they were all treated fairly and promptly.”

“I came in to have my oil change an tire rotated in my Truck as soon as I got there, I was met with Mr.Cruz he took good care of us, An showed my kids An I to the kids room very clean An friendly environment. Was in an out in no time a was actually the first shop to tell me to make sure I was aware to come back in to re-torque my lug nuts. I’m a Truck Driver an I know you have to do it, but every other shop I been to never recommended me to re-torque the lugs. This shop in Lexington,NC will be my MAIN to bring mine my wife’s vehicles. “I don't know about other Firestone businesses but the people work at the one in Lexington, NC. are amazing people. They take care of you on a professional and almost friend like way, or so I say family way! They are on the jobs that they do with a quickness in a professional manner. You know some garages you go to the employees seem annoyed about you sticking around while they work on your vehicle. Zack, Marlin, Dustin, and Charlie are great with customers and service. They all keep you updated on the service they are doing for you. They don't do anything without your approval. I have experience where some places will do work add parts then you have this big bill that comes at ya. Not these guys!! Also when you qualify for the Firestone card you get great saving on repairs and parts. They do you right at this Firestone Auto center that is the bottom line!!!”
