“November 2023I became a customer of March Motorcars Inc in Lexington, North Carolina, as a result of my internet search for a convertible car for my wife. I identified a car on their used car lot. And that's when I contacted Jeff and Joan March. Subsequent discussions resulted in me buying a 2014 Chrysler 200 Limited Hard Top convertible. I visually inspected the car and took the car for a drive. I decided to purchase the car even though the vehicle made some creaking noises when the car was put in motion. I really liked this type of car and had a good feeling moving forward...My decision to purchase the car was based on my initial interaction with Joan and Jeff March. They seemed like straight up people. And I didn't think there would be a problem if there were any issues with the car after I took delivery. I just had a gut feeling that they were straight up people.After delivery and driving the car home, Sneads Ferry NC, I took a closer look at the vehicle with a mechanic and discovered the cause of the creaking noise when car was put in motion. I called Joan and discussed what I had found and the needed repairs. She immediately stood up took responsibility for the repairs to my satisfaction...She did not hesitate or make any excuses as she resolved the issues and repair to the car she sold me.I want to say I was not surprised as these folks are straight up, fair people that don't run away from their responsibilities. I can attest to that.Just to keep things in perspective, this is a ten year old car and was sold in an "As is" condition with no warranty.The car was a surprise birthday present for my wife's 70th birthday. It is a solid car. She is very happy with it and so am I. Again, my dealings with March Motorcars was very professional, positive and no games. “Great atmosphere and staff. Most of their inventory has over 100,000 miles but the way they go thru their cars and get them ready for sale is above any other but here pay here dealership. They dont sell anything salvaged and auto check every car purchased. Highly recommend this establishment”

One time a piece of debris flew off the road and into my air compressor and my air went out in my vehicle. I took it to Midas and they were quoting me $700 to replace the compressor. I messaged Jeff and he told me to take it to Waltz Radiator in Lexington and they fixed the issue for $90. Removed the debris, welded where the hole was, and sent me on my way, saving me $610 in the process.Buy a car from him. He won’t disappoint. You’ll feel like you’re walking around the Honda dealership snapping your fingers and making your purchase happen at a fraction of the cost.”

The only draw back for us is the location. It is over 20 miles from our home/business to there. Tony works and will pay for his truck. Tony loves his truck!!!”

“We were driving to visit family in Greenville, SC for Thanksgiving and while heading down 85 in our packed minivan with kids, a dog and suitcases, we hit some metal object that sliced one of our tires open. Of course just our luck this minivan doesn't come with a spare so we limped to Hanes Tire off the highway. Mind you, this is about an hour before they close on the day before Thanksgiving. I'm sure nobody wants to work but the guys were super nice & helpful and dug through a pile of used tires to find one that would fit. They got the used tire swapped out and we were back on the road. They saved Thanksgiving for our family and we definitely appreciate it!”
