“We were driving to visit family in Greenville, SC for Thanksgiving and while heading down 85 in our packed minivan with kids, a dog and suitcases, we hit some metal object that sliced one of our tires open. Of course just our luck this minivan doesn't come with a spare so we limped to Hanes Tire off the highway. Mind you, this is about an hour before they close on the day before Thanksgiving. I'm sure nobody wants to work but the guys were super nice & helpful and dug through a pile of used tires to find one that would fit. They got the used tire swapped out and we were back on the road. They saved Thanksgiving for our family and we definitely appreciate it!”

“Took my 2019 Dodge 2500 had some clicking noise when I hit the gas and brake and I was ready for new hub bearings, Ball joints, tie rod’s and new shocks and he called me and said all of that is good no issues at all it’s solid.Come to find out the internals of my drive shaft was moving causing the clicking noise. Very honest mechanic and that’s exactly what was wrong. He could have made good money lying to me like dodge did saying I needed new bearings and blah blah blah at a total of $4897.54 like Dodge quoted me.He does my inspections every year and he now does my oil changes and whatever else I need if he does that type of work needed. Good guy and good work. Highly recommended”

“I needed a catalytic converter on my 2004 Honda Accord. I arrived at 7am and they open at 7:30. The guys took me in before they opened on a 14 degree morning. They were finished in less than 30 minutes and I was out of the door by 7:40 for $250 plus tax. These guys are the best and very reasonable. Highly recommended.”

“Absolutely amazing group here. I could not have found a better location for my vehicle to break down. I crept onto the off-ramp off of Interstate 85, and the engine shut off. At 4:30pm, the Friday before Memorial Day, while I was from out of state, on my way to the airport for a flight in Charlotte, these amazing guys answered the phone, took the tow, and were amazingly hospitable. They waited while travel arrangements were made, prepared the service order for while I was out of the country, arranged payment by phone, arranged after hours pickup, and allowed me to safely return home from a much needed vacation. Parts prices were completely in-line near retail pricing, and they truely were able to turn a horrible situation into a minor inconvenience. He's a good mechanic and a life long friend.i remember taking the door panels off of an old Trans Am he had so we could go to the beach. The window switches wouldnt work and we had a tight time frame to get it done before it rained. As.much as he could he wanted to learn about auto mechanics when I got out of school from Central Davidson. If his business is ever hurting its because hes give people the shirt off his back to help people for decades now. Like me,.he's a family man and he always puts his family first. “Omg this place was so amazing! We had a nail in one of our tires and there was a slow leak. I Googled a tireshop near me and this one was one of the only ones still open and only 10 mins away from where we were. Got there and one of the mechanics came out and assisted us right away. He immediately took the tire off, pulled out a huge nail and tried to plug it. The hole in the tire ended up being too big so we needed to replace it and the mechanic was able to do that for us! We were literally there no more than 15 minutes! They moved quick! And the prices were great! The service was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much C&S Tire and Auto! Y'all saved us!”
