There are two places I dread having to visit - The DMV and the PHONE STORE. This time was different. My experience at the Verizon Store in Louisburg was actually pleasant. The associate who helped me, Quinten, was professional, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Most of all he was patient. I was amazed at his ability to multitask - taking care of several customers simultaneously, but always attentively. By the time I left with my new phone (with all the old pictures, contacts, apps, etc in place), I felt good. Thank you, Quinten.”
