“The most consistent service department I've ever visited. I've never seen anyone get upset. It's very rare that a dealership knows how to deliver excellent customer service and a high level of satisfaction. It's probably because they value their employees and that type of behavior trickles down.”

“Great customer service and incredibly helpful with everything I needed! Britt greeted me as soon as I walked in and immediately made me feel comfortable, like we were already friends. She has an awesome personality and was very knowledgeable about everything I asked. Britt was amazing, and I will definitely be returning for all my future needs. Thank you, Britt — you’re the best!”

“I can’t say enough great things about my experience! After being in a car accident, I brought my SUV in for repairs, and the manager truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. When I got my vehicle back, it looked brand new! What impressed me even more was their attention to detail. During the repair process, they discovered an electrical issue affecting my taillights that I wasn’t even aware of and took care of that as well. It’s rare to find a business that takes this much pride in their work and genuinely looks out for their customers. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and quality of service I received. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs!”

“After having to file a claim on behalf of my late fathers toy hauler with Progressive I was shocked to see a total loss appraisal a fraction of what was paid for the 5th wheel just years before. Luckily being in industry I knew what to do, mind you as well, the adjusters knew who I was and should know better. Initially their offer was a measly $5450 I invoked the appraisal clause hired Billy and he was able to get me $12,250 that is more than double their original offer! Let this be a lesson if they will do this to someone in this industry, what do you think they will do to an uneducated person?”

“I can’t say enough good things about Rick’s Body Shop! They did an amazing job repairing my 2018 Dodge Caravan after I was hit, and the entire experience was so much easier because of how kind and caring everyone was. Darrin was absolutely wonderful and took such excellent care of me throughout the whole process. He was so sweet, helpful, and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. Liz at the front desk was just as sweet and welcoming! She was always so kind and helpful whenever I came in or called. My van looks great, and I’m so grateful for the care and customer service I received. I highly recommend Rick’s Body Shop to anyone who needs repairs after an accident. “Well, my youngest son finally got his driver’s license, which meant it was time to hand down my 20-year-old Volvo. To get it ready, I found a replacement driver’s seat at Pull-A-Part and brought both the car and seat to Donald’s Auto Upholstery. They swapped the seat out perfectly and also repaired the worn upholstery around the front windshield pillars. The work looks factory, and everything fits just the way it should. They completed the job quickly, charged a fair price, and the quality of the craftsmanship really impressed me. If you need upholstery repairs, seat replacements, or interior restoration, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Donald’s Auto Upholstery. Great workmanship, fair pricing, and friendly service. They helped breathe new life into an older car that’s now ready for its next chapter with my son.”

“I picked Tim's because of the 5 star rating and they lived up to it. I had left front quarter panel damage. The original estimate called for dent repair and painting. They were able to find a panel of matching color which dropped the estimate well below half. They were supposed to have the car from Monday to Friday. I got it back on Wednesday. Very pleased with the results. Will recommend highly.”

“Staff is very friendly. Body work looks magnificent! I chose to use Tindol because I bought my mustang from them in 2020 and I take it to them for all things! Tindol has always given me great service. This was the first time using the body shop. I will say that there will be a wait (at least in my situation) because it was around the holiday (Christmas and New Year). The only thing I wish had gone differently was the communication. I called several times and was told I would get a call back and never received a call back so I had to call multiple times. The car looks great and at the end of the day thats all that matters.”

They were kind, friendly, priced extremely well, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They also worked within my price range and made my repairs affordable. More importantly, the quality of work with the body repair and paint they did for me was exceptional.
