“I highly recommend going in and working with sidney if possible. She went above and beyond when it came to changing my battery. There was a strange black box on one of my connectors. She suggested that I changed my connector as it was loose and wouldn’t stay on. She went over the connector options with me and discovered that it was a special kind of connector that had that black box on it. They couldn’t get it so she tried to help me find where I could get it and wrote down the name and part number to make it easier to find! She also explained what that black box was aswell as explained to me in good detail where I could understand what it does! She definitely goes the extra mile. And she is super respectful and understanding with all the customers she works with. Such an amazing employee.”
