He immediately got me in a rental car. “Staff is very friendly. Body work looks magnificent! I chose to use Tindol because I bought my mustang from them in 2020 and I take it to them for all things! Tindol has always given me great service. This was the first time using the body shop. I will say that there will be a wait (at least in my situation) because it was around the holiday (Christmas and New Year). The only thing I wish had gone differently was the communication. I called several times and was told I would get a call back and never received a call back so I had to call multiple times. The car looks great and at the end of the day thats all that matters.”

“I picked Tim's because of the 5 star rating and they lived up to it. I had left front quarter panel damage. The original estimate called for dent repair and painting. They were able to find a panel of matching color which dropped the estimate well below half. They were supposed to have the car from Monday to Friday. I got it back on Wednesday. Very pleased with the results. Will recommend highly.”

“I was in the market for a truck. I saw Courage Kia had exactly what I wanted. Even though I’m 3 1/2 hours from their dealership I got on the phone and spoke to Nick. After speaking to him and sharing what I was trading he put a deal together that I couldn’t find any where in my area. He then introduced me to Faye telling me she would be my sales person moving forward but if I needed anything just let him know. Faye and I talked and she got all my paperwork together for purchase and delivered my truck to my door step. I can’t say how impressed I was with the whole process. He was able to beat the deal we had in South Charlotte and independence. He was very attentive and kept me informed via text messages. He delivered everything he promised. The transaction was smooth and painless. My car was delivered to my door, gassed up and detailed. We did have to go into the dealership to pick up my husband and sign some paperwork which took a few hours. But compared to every other dealership experience I’ve had, this was not bad at all.
