“I needed a small storage unit, and they had it available. I called and got all the information, I worked with the site manager Christie and completed all details via phone and email. I am very happy with my experience and small unit. As for entering the site after hours, I was clearly informed of the process on how to proceed. I would recommend checking this storage facility and the site managers are experienced, helpful, and friendly!”

“Rented the unit online and went over to sign the lease. Everything went very smooth and office was very nice. I got a 5x15 unit at a great price and the facility was very clean.”
“Unfortunately, I can be a bit klutzy and managed to lock myself out of my storage as the mover was trying to get me moved in. I contacted management and within 15 minutes, they responded and cut my lock off. Life savors to say the very least Misty and Alisa were so understanding and did not make me feel like a total ding -bat. I would have mentioned the gentleman who actually cut the lock off but can’t remember his name. Oh and I almost forgot, No Extra Charge for the lock cut off!! What?? Thank you soooooo much.”

Brandon was so patient, knowledgeable, giving excellent advice on how to safely store my high end pieces until I could get moved. He immediately knew the answer to every question I had and my concerns. He took me to my storage unit, showing me each step from gate codes to proper lock orientation and sliding that little bar or it won’t open (important info).
