“I hit a rail on I95 with the snow blizzard of 2025, with my 2002 Subaru Outback Ferrari Tank with 275k miles. They were so helpful. The lady manager, Dusty, really went all out for me. We got the car and started a new battery. The next day, the car died, and I had more complex issues with the electrical due to the hit. They set me up with a shop next door, thank God !! I was back on the road again after 3 days stuck.”

“Me and my family were traveling from a cruise on a 8 hour trip home and I was hearing a noise so I pulled over and realized that my skid plate had lost a screw and was smacking on the road so I went to precision tune down the road from this autozone and they were very unhelpful and kinda rude so we drove here and we were greeting by Heather and she couldn't have been more helpful she gave us the time of day to help us and ended up fixing the problem and making the rest of our trip home safe she couldn't have been nicer my family was very grateful for her!”

“I was very skeptical of dealing with a body shop that was contracted with the insurance company but after listening to everything that I had to do myself (take photos, bank info, submitting estimates and any supplement estimates and it having to be approved), my head was exploding. I decided after reading the reviews, that I would try CarStar on Hwy 301, Wilson. When I got there, I found out that I didn’t have to do anything, not even take a picture and they could get to it that day. I called my insurance company and they had my car towed and CarStar kept me updated all the way through the whole process. When I picked my car up, the work was awesome. The whole staff were so kind and when you are inconvenienced without the use of your vehicle, kindness and super customer service is much needed. CarStar excelled in this. The whole process was very stress free and I would recommend this facility any day, any time.”
