“If I could give a 10 I would. This is the best auto zone in the local area. Trista the store manager is awesome. I purchased a battery in Dec of 2022 and I needed it checked out. Well Willie stopped what he was doing to take care of me. Then once Will B. was able to finish installing the battery my car is running like new. It really does mean a lot to enter the store with smiles and help. So if you are in the area this is the store to go to. Great job team at Auto Zone. This will be my forever store. Good job guys.”

“Made an appointment on the web for
my 140k service. Battery tanked before my appointment. I spoke with George and he made sure they had a battery for my jeep in stock in time for my appointment. George was helpful with offering payment options in case I wanted to break up the service payment. Replaced engine filter and completed an oil change.
They were respectful with the way they greeted and addressed me. They let me know the cost of
the battery replacement up front. They were respectful of my time and took my car back to be serviced at my appointment time.
I know that sounds like….that is what they are supposed to do…..unfortunately, that has not been my textbook experience with Jeep service in general (no reflection on this location).
