You’re greeted by the welcoming front end teller staff who get to know their customers, acknowledging you by name. I had the awful experience of a hacker gaining access to my computer which compromised access to my accounts. The Lumbee Staff quickly helped me with protecting my accounts, canceling and reissuing me new debt cards right there at the branch. Although my experience with scammers was a hassle. I appreciated the careful care and consideration I was given from the Lumbee Bank staff. They really take care of their customers! So if you’re seeking great services from a bank ,consider checking out Lumbee Bank on Fayetteville Rd. This is a great branch to do banking .”

“My only complaint is there are a couple of tellers that work the drive thru that definitely need to learn how to organize their cash drawer all bills should be turned one way all the years I've banked with SECU this has never occurred until just recently and it has happened numerous times in a short time period .”

“We love doing business with First Bank from Skylar at the window always so polite and smiling . Missy Britt always great when she waits on me. Debbie Branyon always willing to help when needed with a smile on her face. My usual go to is Laura Harrell the girl can make it happen from my card being compromised and her getting me a new one to opening other accounts and being right on time with a loan. I’ve told her I know she hates when she hears my voice lol she giggles and says no ma’am how may I help you she always makes you feel like your no bother. These ladies and the others are why I would never choose to go anywhere else.
