“I got some serious, big-time, big-league customer service from Laurie today. I walked the store in awe, jaw hanging open while he was helping another customer. He met me and asked what I was looking for: Ariat Cascade 8” lace up steel toe square toe. He immediately said that this model has been discontinued. Heavy, old tech. A poor seller. Damn I thought. I walked past a pair of Thorogood boots on the counter. The most beautiful pair of boots I’ve ever seen. Waterproof, 8” lace up. Steel toe. Leather, made in USA. So comfortable. I don’t think I’ll wear tennis shoes ever again. He also sold me some Ariat square toe slip ons and told me exactly how they should fit and feel. (I’ve never owned slip ons.) Anyway he told me about the Thorogood refurbishment program and warranty and showed me many models and options but I was a goner when I saw the Thorogoods. Huge selection, big time help from my man. A great western shop with tons of great stuff hats knives holsters. What a day. Thanks Laurie !”

“All the years Hibbett Sports has been in this location I had never been until a few months ago. I took my 15 year old son who happens to be 6'4 shoe shopping for back to school. We started at Foot Locker and they didn't have any size 14 shoes in stock and if we ordered them online they wouldn't be back before school started so we checked a couple more places with no luck. On my way back home with a very upset child in tow I remembered Hibbett Sports and decided to see if they had shoes. As soon as we walked in the door my son's face lit up they had a great selection of shoes and I asked the young lady behind the counter about size 14's in either Jordan's, Lebron's or Kyrie's. She went to the back and came back with 5 different size 14 shoes that they had in stock and and stayed right there with us until we made our decision and rang up our purchase and even signed me up with the store's rewards card. I was VERY pleased with the selection, the prices and most of all the customer service and will definitely keep coming back!”
