I literally just watched whom is apparently the manager of this location, belittle a customer. I have been in this store on multiple occasions and this manager is a problem. They do not need to be in customer service. He looks at you like you are stupid, and makes you feel like you are dumb. His name is Chan. He treats people so disrespectfully. The customer was only asking for help and was nice. This looks really bad on Verizon. I could imagine how he treats his employees if he is management! Shame on you!

The Verizon agent(s) in "this" store are more than just friendly & knowledgeable when trying to sell U something. They are helpful to what the customer actually wants & needs.

Very poor service today at Lumberton Verizon. Especially their lack of concern and advice to help me find a solution regarding my problems with a MIFI device. Manager Matthew and a female employee were not very nice and/or abrupt with me!!!!! If I could flag them some negative ? 's, I would!?

Going in the store two employees were sitting down. When you go into the store you kind of look around to see where you need to go. They were on their cell phones and they were reluctant to get up. The young lady did get up and asked me what I needed. I try to explain and she took me over to what she thought I needed and I proceeded to tell her again, but she wasn't listening or I may not have explained it well.You can tell she was not focused on what I needed. So I left. Had to deliver something to my nephew. Told him about the situation. He looked at what I needed in my car. Went straight to Amazon site and ordered it for me. What a shame!

I love that I can walk in and get what I need. Having it tacked on my bill is a great option. However, the lady who helped me the other day treated me like I was an idiot.

One of the best experiences I ever had, Jemell was my representative, and I have been to the Verizon store before, but this gentleman was super professional. He made the process really easy and he was super respectful.

Oh, how I wish there was a viable alternative to Verizon in our area. It blows my mind that I can go to a Verizon store out of state and get phenomenal customer service, yet at our local Verizon store I feel I would be better off asking a stray dog for assistance. The ONLY thing they are willing to assist with is a new service contract or an upgrade. They refuse to offer any advice on repairs at all. Told me to "Google it"... thanks for the great advice. I'll be sure to do that on my completely non-functional phone.Don't waste your time here, or on their sham insurance. Do yourself a favor and head over to Lopez Cell Repair on Fayetteville Road instead. Had my phone straightened out in less than 4 min. The one that Verizon told me could only be scrapped, despite being less than a year old.

Aubrey was a very helpful and polite person in the Lumberton, NC store; unfortunately, here work was not accepted by the company once again. I have spent many days now on this same problem and I am becoming very disappointed with the company Verizon as a whole.

Order a phone online and hours later they don't have it. You can't call the store directly to avoid driving an hour for nothing. The number that you can call goes to a call center that can't tell you anything. I thought spectrum customer service was bad but this is a new low.

You can get all the help opening an account. Try closing a line & you'll be met with the least amount of help you can possibly get from a service provider.Post reply update: I went in again & they still wouldn't help with cancelling service/closing a line lol.

I visited the Lumberton store today and I had a horrible experience. I was left waiting for a hour while I was skipped three times with my pregnant wife and child. When I brought it to their attention I was still not helped and was ignored I will never go back Verizon needs to do better. Horrible customer service.
