“Was there for a passport appointment today and it could not have been easier.
The male clerk (13) explained everything and was very polite and courteous.
I highly recommend this place!
As a follow up: the passport was delivered today, less than 2 weeks from dropping off my application and just 8 days after the DOS received it.
