“My alternator died while on vacation here in OBX on Friday evening and went to autozone to buy a new alternator and looked online for auto repair shops and most places were closed on the weekends and the few that were open were full, but I called Berry’s auto shop and Charles was able to get me in Saturday morning and stayed after hours to make sure the job got done so we can head home on Sunday morning. I am so grateful and blessed I found him! I highly recommend Berry’s they did a great job! I found this note at the register by checkout and wanted to share!”
“Got down to the beach for a getaway and got hemmed up with a bad bearing/hub. Called Lighthouse Automotive and Ms.Crystal got my truck in immediately for a diagnostic. The mechanic Sam started working on my truck the following morning. At 8am sharp he had started working on the repairs while they were waiting for another part to arrive at the shop. Crystal kept in constant communication the entire time my truck was in the shop and turned it around in 1.5 days. Test drove to ensure the repairs worked and even checked fluid levels and topped off anything that was low. Thanks for the service!”

“We ran into issues with our car in Hatteras on our way home to DC. We made it to Lighthouse Automotive in Manteo. They diagnosed the problem and told us it would take 3 to 4 hours to complete the repair. They drove my husband, me and our dog to Manteo so we can walk around, shop, eat lunch and then picked us up to return to our car. They were courteous and efficient and saved us from an otherwise mess of a vacation.”
