“I had my car worked on by them in Feb. Today (1/1/25), I was coming home from Charlotte and heard a horrible noise. I pulled into Gerber to see if they could look at it to make sure it was safe for me to drive the remaining 30 miles home. Tonya Williams not only took it for a test drive, but had several mechanics drive it to see what it was. She wasn’t going to let me leave until it had been diagnosed. The mechanic found a bolt that was missing from the previous repair job. They did all this without me having an appointment. And no charge. I would highly recommend them and love how wonderful Tonya is to all her clients.”

“They got the parts for a good deal if you can get one of there employees to find they act like they don't understand how to do there job so the need customers service work after they give you the wrong part 2 or 3 time and you run back and fourth until they get it right I guess that ok”

“I wanted a new truck and wanted to try local again. The dealership had one I was interested in. After a couple of days of going back and forth, we had a deal. I will say doing my research, they were very fair on my trade in. My salesman Josh was great and so was the sales manager Mark was great too. Everyone there was great and when it was finally time to sign we were there only a couple hours, not all day.”
