“I doubt very many ppl provide feedback for gas stations but I have to say these folks have it figured out! The whole layout is perfect; gas pumps are fast as lightning, they have ethanol free fuel for those of us who need it, my car runs great on their fuel, get a snack from the vending machine which is outside and easy to access, then (if you smoke) you can drive by the window for service from the attendant. Once you're all done, the driveway leads you back out to the main road which always seems to have an easy way out going either direction. I'm not sure why all stations don't follow this same design but I'll drive across town just to go to Quality : )”
“For nearly two decades, this has been my regular fuel stop between Asheville and Boone. I started using the station when I started traveling to see friends and used it more regularly when I started dating the woman who would become my wife.Although I have never lived in the Marion area, I would say that this is easily the #3 station that I have used in the last twenty years. I have filled up both gas and diesel vehicles and I have never received a tank of fuel with any problems. The staff has always been excellent and it it an essential stop for our family.”
“This will be where I start coming anytime I come down here. I come to Baxter alot, parked here for tonight the man working at 9 still allowed me to come in and buy some things. Plenty of parking as well and they have a scale.”

Whether it's Mrs Glenda in the morning or Mrs Alice & Mrs Susan in the afternoon's evening or night. love coming in here. always clean organized. But these hardworking ladies have manners patients and always brighten my day”
“I LOVE MY DAY SHIFT LADY THAT MAKES HOMEMADE LOTIONS! She is always so friendly and we just got to talking and I found out she makes homemade lotions and stuff to that nature and how neat is that! But as far as her job goes she is always super sweet and was to me way before we ever talked about her craft it's nice to go in there knowing that she's going to be quick and super friendly help you along the start of your day!”

“This is the Exxon in Marion, NC beside Hwy 40. Please don’t confuse it with the other Exxon off of Bethel Road. The one in Marion is huge and open all the time it seems. Not 24 hours like Love’s but pretty late. The next time I get gas I will get the correct hours. This is Easy in easy out with a lot of pumps. It also has a car wash that says open but I have never used it. I saw a place to leave clothes and shoes there yesterday. I posted a picture.”

I've worked with the public over 15 years & if I spoke or acted like these 2 workers I would have definitely been fired on the spot & I damn sure didn't call another's woman's husband:honey,babe,darling,or any other cute words that come from their mouth, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE WIFE IS STANDING RIGHT BESIDE HER HUSBAND. I WANTED TO PLAY WITH THAT EMPLOYEE, BUT MY SWEET LOVING HUSBAND TALKED ME OUT OF HAVING FUN. LUCKY ?”

“Holy cow, I have never seen a gas station bathroom this clean. I've rarely seen a bathroom this clean ANYWHERE. They have gojo hand soap and a sharps container which I think I extra considerate. If you're wondering what made it worth it to review a gas station, the bathroom was that darn clean.”
“Under new Management. Things are shaping up. They need to pay these people more, then maybe there wouldn't be so much of a turnover. Even McDonald's pays more than Murphy's.”

“Great place clean and filled with great products. Walmart has real value and their pharmacy is a great choice to have your medications filled. There is a $4 drug list that if your medicine is on the list it will only cost you $4. Selections for grocery's are excellent. Meat is pricey. As a whole the store offers excellent value for the buck. Covid 19 precautions are in place and there is a good presence of hand sanitizer, wipes and precautions. In these times we all must be carefully.”
