“Limped through Marshall on my last leg 12/15/2023 moving from MI to Florida when my car had me stranded with virtually no money, and no support. Ponder moved me into the front and had my subframe repaired enough to make it and on the road within an hour. They could tell I was struggling and repaired my subframe and motor mount enough to get me to Florida and then some. Didn't even want my money, when I pressed to make it right they said 75 bucks and that was just for pushing half a dozen customers back to get me in. I will forever be grateful.
