“So happy with my experience with Plaza Appliance Mart!! The customer service from their salesperson, Rick, was excellent. He made the purchasing process very easy. I'm very happy with the washer and dryer set I ended up with. Also, their service technician Max was amazing - him and his team had my old units removed and new ones installed and running in 45 minutes. My laundry room is upstairs but it was no problem for them and they were careful not to hit anything even in the tight stairwell. Max and Rick are awesome, thank you both so much!!!”
“I had an excellent experience starting with Ashley who answered the phone, very friendly, helpful and efficient. Ordered my washing machine over the phone and it was delivered the very next day, they took the old washer with them and the removal price was $10 less than the other places I checked, also the new hoses for the machine were $20 less than the other places. Saving $30 there and $20 for the machine pretty much paid for the tax charge. The two gentleman (and I do mean that) that delivered the machine also friendly, efficient and showed me how to use the new machine and ran a small wash to make sure everything was good. I would purchase from Queen City again.”

“My husband and I were at this Home Depot, July 4th. Tooty was outstanding with helping us with all things associated with doing a major painting project at home. She walked us from aisle to aisle pointing out the items we would need that we truly would not have thought of. Then we get to the front to check out and Belinda was amazing and took our items out of our basket to scan them at the self checkout! Belinda was a breath of fresh air from others who act like any questions are a bother. Thank you to Belinda and Tooty’”

“Home Depot occasionally carries the exact products I need for a home improvement job. This shopping trip was no different. I went to Homes Depot to get paint for a project I had coming up. I can't recall the name of the assistant, but he was really professional and courteous, helping me with a few brushes and project prep supplies after mixing the paint for me.After deciding to have a quick look around a few aisles - window shopping - I noticed that although the store was tidy, the overall stocked areas in the store could definitely give a shopper the that it was cluttered. The self-checkout line was lengthy, so I wish they had a register open, but the check-out process was easy. Overall, I would most certainly return for any projects or requirements I have around the house.”

“I called to see if they could repair my Zephyr hood, but unfortunately they don't do repairs. However, Greg and Alex put me in touch with 2 companies who do (and who both have 5-star reviews), so I was able to get in touch with a reputable service provider, instead of Googling and finding a random company who may or may not rip me off. The fact that they took time out of their day to help me with this, rather than saying "We don't do repairs" and hanging up on me, lets me know that I will be using/recommending them in the future when I need a new appliance or do any renovating. So, so nice and above and beyond!”
