100% fantastic experience… Shamelle provided the type of customer support we all want. I needed a new battery and it was installed in less than 10 minutes of walking in the door, all with a smile on his face and an attitude of kind helpfulness.

Staff in Matthews on Independence was very helpful however, the computer was locked and could not make an exchange for wrong part.24 hold on my money AND NO PART. The guys tried all they could except give me the correct part and I come back tomorrow.The mistake was made, I had to borrow money and pay for MORE BRAKES! I would like to talk to Corporate Customer Relations.

I stopped by there today after I was unable to install the headlights I had previously purchased and they were amazing! The store manager, Shamell was able to help me right away and got them installed in no time! Customer service was so fast and friendly compared to other auto parts stores I have been to in the past! Highly recommend them!!!

This store made me to believe in people and in the USA.Around 8 pm, on the a way to a customer, running late. To make the day complete, caught a nail into the side of the tire.After listening to what the customer had to say after I said I am not coming, thinking what to do. Had a spare but no tools to put it on(I know, I know...). Exhausted, but with understanding that it needs to be taken care of now, not tomorrow morning. Thinking who would be the friend eager to help me with this in this hour. Stopped by this store thinking to buy a simple jack. Didn't see what I had in mind but did notice a store guy helping a customer outside with a wheel. Asked the store guy If he had tools in the store to help with my situation. Immediately had the store guy (Stan) assessing the problem and the customer giving me his tools. Even with tools i couldn't get the spare wheel out. Stan, then got tools out of his car, lowered and detached my spare(pain in the but plus mind you asphalt was cold), jacked up my car and replaced the tire, all with a smile and calm as a rock. I've later found out that Stan was in the US armed forces, no wonder. Saved me a few hours of driving, saved my butt from freezing, my car illiterate body from scrapes and bruises, and definitely made me to believe again in the human race and the customer service!

Best AutoZone location I've been to. Super helpful staff. I had a problem with my battery, Stan went over and beyond to help me fix it. Thank you so much to all the staff in this location.

I was stranded in NC trying to get back to Nashville and the fellas over here hooked me up and fixed my battery issue. Shout out to the store manager and Gabe in there. 10/10 recommend.

Wow!! Stan is my hero!! Very patient. Very professional. Getting older has been very….. interesting. Stan made us feel like we were the most important thing happening at that moment.! he knew exactly what to do and fixed it! I love Autozone!
