Then Donald Reichenbach, the Senior General Manager, stopped what he was doing to help me locate the toner and helped me determine the best size for my printing needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I greatly appreciated his time and attention.”

“Happened to be running errands in the area and my husband needed to replace his screen protector on his iPhone so he popped in as I finished my shopping nearby.The staff is really friendly at this Best Buy location and they are ready to help with products (they have great knowledge of their merchandise)!Heather in Geek Squad as well as KC were very helpful in getting my husband’s new screen protector done! The phone looked amazing! Like brand new!This store is packed with electronic goods. They have a vast selection of everything for the home that you can imagine.We were really impressed. “My last review for the Apple Store at SouthPark was less than stellar but over the last couple of visits, I've have some great experiences. In the last two visits, I've purchased a MacBook Air, and Apple Watch. With both visits, I found the associates to be very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. When I went to purchase a replacement MacBook, I wanted to get another MacBook Pro but the sales associate explained that based on how I use my computer, it made more sense to get a MacBook Air which is dramatically less expensive and does everything I need. My next purchase was to replace my old Apple Watch and after speaking with a different sales associate on a different visit, they recommended the Apple Watch Ultra because I do a lot of outdoor activities and the battery life is 3 times that if the regular Apple Watch. I am very pleased with both of my purchases and I think that Apple has turned things around at this location. I highly recommend this location and will be a repeat customer going forward.”
