You book an appointment online, and after a while, they call you to say they've canceled your appointment. This has happened to me four times, and it's really frustrating.
If you can't manage to schedule a simple appointment, how can we trust you with our cars? I understand it happening once, but it happens all the time. You make an appointment, and then someone calls you to say, "We have to cancel your appointment.
By the way, the people working inside, the ones looking after and repairing my car, do an excellent job. It's the ones who don't even touch the cars that can't do their job. It's incredible that such a good service is so poorly managed.

Overall, excellent experience! Just a simple exchange on a full set of tires. Scheduling was a breeze. Day of, I was greeted with the sweetest associate, Hailey. She even checked in on everyone in the waiting room a few times during my wait. Turn around-time from the shop was faster than expected. My new Firestone tires look good and drive well, too. Shout out to the store manager for keeping a clean and welcoming store to work with!

We had a COMPLEX issue with our 2005 Chevy Silverado that several experienced mechanics could not isolate or resolve. After 18 months of numerous tries at several mechanics, Tomas was able to not just identify the issue - but he RESOLVED it!!!!!!!!! I am beyond grateful for Kendall and Tomas' tenacity in finally resolving this issue for us. I have always been loyal to Firestone, but now I am loyal to this location specifically. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I was little disappointed from my last visit on 5/29/24. When I went to go pick up my car, my car report showed that I need a new battery. I just had my battery replaced by Firestone (same branch) in January 2024. Not sure why no one told me this when I picked up my car or checked to see that I had recently purchased a battery from them in Jan. Now I have to make time to go back out of my busy work schedule.

Not only does this Firestone provide excellent quality and service, but their employees/team members are top notch. While waiting for my car today, I saw team member Frankie treat a customer 100% spot on, exactly how an employee should. Kudos to Firestone corporate and the store manager/operator for creating a culture to help the customer. 5/5!

I highly recommend this Firestone location for car services! Frankie, the service manager, is fantastic, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Felt completely at ease having them work on my car. Great experience overall!

Recently bought 4 tires and had a wheel alignment performed today. Fast service. Knowledgeable front desk personnel. Tech made me aware of upcoming recommended services. No pressure sales. I went ahead and scheduled an oil change for this afternoon when told about oil change promotion.

We did not have an appointment, that is our fault but Firestone was able to work on the vehicle the same day. The amount of time necessary for our needed repair seemed excessive and the cost was a little more than expected as well. However I still gave a good rating because the staff was very helpful in researching discounts or promotions available and i am confident, they did a good job. I will make an appointment next time in order to save some time.

Took my 2013 Ford Fusion here a few weeks ago because my hybrid system was acting funny. Left it there for two days, then came to pick it up for them to tell me to "go to the dealer, there's nothing they can do". Went to the dealer and was told all I needed was a new car battery. Vehicle has been like new ever since. These guys have no idea what they're doing. They took my $99 though and did nothing for me.
