Fit and Balanced helped me recover from old sports injuries. I was properly assessed by the trainer to find my weaknesses, followed by personal workouts designed for me. After just a couple sessions I felt significantly stronger, balanced and had overall less pain and discomfort. Thank you Fit and Balanced!!

Brooke is fabulous and provides individual attention when needed to correct form and ensure proper muscles are engaged. Small classes with all shape, sizes, and fitness levels.

I love this training studio! I've been going to classes for a few months now and have noticed a big difference in both my strength and the way that I feel. Brooke is a very motivating trainer, she is always encouraging and helps us keep focused on our goals. No "stuffy" gym atmosphere here!
