Brooke is a wonderful personal trainer. Her workouts are challenging, plus she has an extensive knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and the mechanics of the human body. Her positive attitude and warmth make the effort completely worth it and I feel myself getting stronger every day. Her studio is very well equipped and exceptionally clean. I've had an all around positive experience working out with Brooke. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Fit & Balanced Training Studio.

Fit and Balanced helped me recover from old sports injuries. I was properly assessed by the trainer to find my weaknesses, followed by personal workouts designed for me. After just a couple sessions I felt significantly stronger, balanced and had overall less pain and discomfort. Thank you Fit and Balanced!!

Brooke is fabulous and provides individual attention when needed to correct form and ensure proper muscles are engaged. Small classes with all shape, sizes, and fitness levels.

I love this training studio! I've been going to classes for a few months now and have noticed a big difference in both my strength and the way that I feel. Brooke is a very motivating trainer, she is always encouraging and helps us keep focused on our goals. No "stuffy" gym atmosphere here!

Fit and Balance is a great place to get moving when you've given up! Brooke is the owner and hands on trainer. Brooke, Dr Jen (Integrative Chiropractic) and Heather ( OrganicTouch) have worked like a team communicating with each other supporting me to be able to walk with out pain, working out again and living being alive. Working out: streching, strength training and weights - MOVING😊 At the age of 70 my team never gave up on me, thank you!
