“I’ve been using this dry cleaner for over two years with no issues. Recently I thought I had my first problem: I picked up my suit and realized later that I had my pants, but the wrong jacket.
When I went back, they were apologetic, explained it rarely happens, and asked me to give them the ticket number and some time to contact other clients. We agreed that if nothing turned up in about three weeks, they’d cover the cost of my custom suit (over $600). Fair enough.
Fast forward—turns out my coworker had my jacket. He texted me a picture saying, “Hope this means you have mine.” (I didn’t. The cleaners did.) I called to explain and apologize for wrongly assuming they’d lost it. They couldn’t have been nicer. They even offered to clean my coworker’s jacket for free.
Bottom line: they handled the situation with patience, honesty, and grace—even when it turned out I was the one in the wrong. Good people running a good business.”

“I have used Rex Cleaners for over 11 years. I have never had an issue or problem with my shirts, suits, ties or my wife's dry cleaning. I moved to Gastonia almost a year ago and tried a couple places here. Unfortunately, i would find buttons missing or simply crumble as i try to button my shirts. Brown stains on the collars that i never had at Rex's. I have returned to using them, even though they at 25 miles away from me now. Fast, friendly, professional.”

“I love this place. I can do eight loads with a big washer and dryer and they spin so efficiently and wash so efficiently. The dryers are great too. Machines take debit cards and credit cards or you can get a card from the service person exceptionally clean, well maintained and help. They are very courteous and helpful.”

“I came here because my dryer at home was broken. Let me tell you upfront….. do not go to the other laundromat on the other side of the same shopping center. They are full of IT!!!! You can’t bring in clothes washed at home to dry in their dryers. Have to use their washers in order to use the dryers. So, I gps for the nearest laundromat and found Laundro Lab. Lady at the desk was real nice. She’s limited on English and she had me to type on her phone to translate. Asked if there was a rule about using dryers like the other place. She said it was ok to use their washers dryer. Even though I didn’t wash clothes here. Overall, the inside is clean and not run down like the other place. Would recommend coming to laundro lab.”

My gown has many layers of soft, delicate chiffon, lace, and tulle as well as boning and the alterations were done perfectly. My gown fits like a glove now, and Jen altered the dress very quickly. I was so happy to get all my wedding gown alterations done in one shot and for a great price compared to bridal salons. “We have been going to the cleaners at this Weddington Corners location for years, and we have always liked the staff who are so friendly and pleasant and very helpful. They turn this routine errand into a nice experience. Since it became Elite Cleaners recently, we are pleased with the added features and changes. We appreciate the text we receive when are clothes are ready and the fact that we can write a live person back on the text if needed. They often have our clothes ready before the day promised; and although that is not expected, it is nice. The clothes are also packaged with extra care now.”
