“I had my blood drawn at this ExamOne location last week. So this is a recent experience. My appt was at 11:30am and I was seen at 11:35. The location was an hour’s drive from my home. Parking was crowded. The building was easy to find and marked well (bldg address is right above front entrance). The ExamOne office is shared with Quest Diagnostics. The right side of the office is for ExamOne appts. Once inside, sign in on the list on the clipboard and ring the doorbell. Take time to read the signs which have very clear instructions on what to do. Then take a seat and wait. I arrived 20 mins before my appt and first rang the doorbell when I arrived and then again at 11:30 which was my actual appt time. I think they might have forgotten I was there early.
The blood draw was very quick and thorough and the technician was a pro at it. My wait was longer than the actual blood draw. My experience was a positive one compared to the other negative ones that are 2-4 yrs old.”
“Had to have blood drawn twice in 2 months. These guys were awesome! I made an appt, showed up on time, checked myself in on the app, and was called back in about 5 mins! If you have to have your blood drawn, this is a VERY pleasant experience!”

“Just walked out of this lab and everything was so quickly. I faxed my papers ahead, walked in and was out in 9 minutes. Easy self check in process and painless blood draw.Was doubting because of all bad reviews but gave it chance since I didn't have time to drive somewhere far and was not disappointed.”

“I made an appointment on-line after my employer picked this location for a pre-employment drug test based on my zip code. I arrived 30 minutes early and had an easy check in using the kiosk in the lobby. Once I checked in I was met with a smile by a professional staff member and was quickly processed and handed off to the person administering the test. She was also pleasant, professional and frankly, fun. I was in an out in no time. Highly Recommend.”

“I was staying in NC for a few days while I was travelling, and I needed to have a blood work order from my doctor done in a short timeframe. I did not know what to expect when I picked Quest Diag lab at this location. I found that the two ladies on staff who interacted with me were extraordinary in helping me to check in and collecting my blood samples. They were very helpful and competent in what they did, especially in dealing with health insurance paperwork because I was not a resident in NC. I wish they had had their name tag so that I knew their name. And I found the facility had a typical setup like a number of other Quest labs I have used before, clean and tidy. In all, I think they deserve a five-star rating.”

He has done blood draws on my kid several times and always on first try with no bruising. No complaints about front desk staff; they've always been helpful.”
