After filling it up at a local gas station, only to find it deplete more than 50% in just a few minutes, I took it to Mavis for a tire replacement. I was originally going to Uber back to the office for a meeting I had at 1:30, but Austin and the guys had me in and out in 30 minutes. I was back WELL before my meeting. Never had such speedy and friendly service.”

Excellent service and super friendly. Before I committed to Groupon, I actually checked a place in Ballantyne and they quoted at least 4 hours for a 20 pt oil change.
For a short drive, I was able to get in and out in under 30 mins.

“Pleasant interaction with the workers at this location. In and out in about 10 minutes. Oil now a days is EXPENSIVE!!! $91.00 just for a basic oil change. You are definitely paying for the convenience of a speedy oil change. They decorated for Halloween, which I thought was awesome and fun, looking at all the decor while waiting for the oil change. They do offer coupons, though, to give you a little discount. Overall, no complaints. If I ever run into the situation where I need speedy service, I will definitely come back.”

“First off I am NOT a fan of Ford BUT I found this place on my way home from the insection place because I failed my inspection and needed tires.
Let me say, Bob in the service area, is awesome and so we're all of the other guys. Bob started by asking about my budget. A great place to start for sure since tires can be expensive! We found an affordable but good solid tire below my budget and even though the door says they are on an hour and a half wait, they had JUST caught up and were able to take my truck back within like 10 or 20 minutes! I will be coming back!”

An employee helped to jump start my car and then I drove it to the auto care center. It was a Friday afternoon and they did take my order and replaced battery so I don't have to come back to replace.
