Spectrum internet has to be one of the worst providers in the country. The service goes out at least three to four times per month. The service buffers nightly at midnight! Spectrum raises its prices annually, but the quality of service decreases. Spectrum won't terminate the service until the end of the monthly billing cycle so they are sure to get as much money out of you as they can. Horrible, horrible company. Corporate greed at work!!!!

I’ve never dealt with a company as shamelessly anti-customer as Spectrum. I canceled my internet service only 4 days into the billing cycle — no contract, no obligations — yet they’re trying to charge me for an entire month. They flat-out refused to prorate anything.
Worse, when I lost service multiple times in the past (including a stretch where I was down 8 days in one month), they only offered $0.80 per day as a “credit,” even though the outages were completely on their end. They don’t proactively issue refunds like Google Fiber or other modern providers do — they make you chase them for pennies.
I’ve filed a complaint with the FCC and my State Attorney General. If you have a choice, avoid Spectrum. Their billing policies are outdated, their customer service is robotic, and their loyalty to paying customers is nonexistent.

1) On June 2, 2025, I applied for internet connection for my rented accommodation through the Spectrum service provider with a monthly service fee of $85, which is included in my monthly rent for the Delta Crossing residential complex. 2) On June 3, Spectrum employees visited me and installed and configured all the necessary equipment. 3) On June 8, I received an email from Spectrum, asking me to pay my $10 by June 20 for increased speed. As an employee of this company later explained to me over the phone, this is a fee for additional services, namely for increased internet speed, different from the basic tariff. Until now, 10/06/2025, I have not signed any agreements with Spectrum Internet provider due to lack of time. The monthly payment for renting housing in Delta Crossing for June 2025 includes a monthly payment for the basic Internet service tariff from the Spectrum provider in the amount of $85. I did not give anyone consent to change the basic tariff, did not sign any agreements or any documents. I ask you to cancel the additional monthly fee of $10 and cancel the bill issued to me. They are free to overcharge customers and claim it is justified, but will over no consideration just sorry we can't do anything!

I needed to upgrade to a new phone so I made a reservation and was in and out easily. Had a great experience. Definitely make a reservation if you can!

Returned my equipment to this location yesterday. It was scanned by the associate and he assured me it was returned. Today I get an email asking me to take my equipment to UPS to have it shipped in, and removed from my account. Very frustrating.

Went to this spectrum store to turn in my cable box and get the streaming box. The women said she couldn’t remove the cable box from my acct and gave me a # to call. So I called while in the store (for a second time) and the man removed it from my acct and I asked “so I can return it to the spectrum store I’m standing in right now” and he said yes. I go back to the counter and give her my name and she looks it up again and says ‘I still can’t take it you have to drop it off at UPS’ (which is closed at this time.) And it is ridiculous I can’t return SPECTRUM EQUIPMENT to the SPECTRUM STORE and now have to make a trip another day to UPS. I called spectrum a 3rd time about this and they said the store should’ve taken it. This store is useless and not helpful and it’s not the first time they haven’t wanted to take back THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT. I’ve had people say the same thing happened to them.
