passport service experience was horrendous! Ms Renee is great however the process could be better. 1st- as a walk in, you have to arrive around 6am to wait outside to receive a number 1-5 from the custodian. This is not noted anywhere for the public to be aware.
Applied for a family of 4 passports in May 2025. All 4 applications were lost including our supporting documentation (birth certificates & passport cards). We never received a tracking number. Had to call this office 20+ times to receive an answer to our inquiry about next steps. Had to come back in to reapply and repay. Once we received all 4 passports (4 months later) after reapplying, we went back in to be refunded for repurchasing the 4 passport books. The 1st time we went, we stood in line around 3pm only to be told we had to come back another day earlier in the day because only Ms Renee could assist us and she was gone for the day. They charged us $21 for this refund request which was no fault of our own from the start. We're currently waiting for the refund to be added to our account.

Lose packages all.the time or deliver to wrong address the give some bs excuse as to why they can't find it. Then can't get money back even though.its their fault.

This is actually the worst post office I’ve ever been to or experienced in my entire life, the employees and rude and careless and lazy and they’ll close anywhere from 15-20 minutes early and open 15-20 minutes late depending on how much they actually want to do their job. If I could give them no stars I would but I want to put this out there as a warning to other people to NEVER use this place for anything other than putting mail in the dropbox because then at least you know it’s getting done right.

Amazon package of nail polish was out for delivery this morning, 12:21 it says it was at the post office waiting for pickup. I’ve been home all day. Can’t reschedule delivery online. Called to try and reschedule and they said it can’t be done. It has to be picked up or it will be sent back. How hard would it have been to actually deliver instead of being lazy and just taking to the post office… that’s ridiculous.

Clerks are friendly and carriers are ok. Needs more clerks as line is out the door occasionally, but that's a management failure.

I LOVE this Post Office! The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, efficient and there is usually guaranteed laughs and joy! They're kind to everyone -- even those grumpy kinda people.

I’ve come to this post office multiple times and each time it’s been quick, clean, and I’ve been helped by friendly staff! Shannon was super helpful this most recent time when I came in to pick up a package. Thank you Matthews post office team!

Wait for more than hour to pick up. The staff ignore us . The lobby agent said only the matthews supervisor, called 5 times, will come and assist... more than 10 people waiting. Worse service ever.

I didn’t want to write this review but I had to.
The people at the physical location are great but who ever they recently outsourced to do physical deliveries, are absolute garbage.
They’ve messed up delivering my last few packages and I can’t seem to get any decent support in of my attempts to reaching out to the carrier.

Everyone who works at this post office is so helpful and patient. When there is a long line, they always try to go quickly but never make you feel rushed if you have questions. They deal with a lot of people, and they are always kind when I go in even when people may not be kind to them.

Beware of walk ins for your pass port apparently you have to arrive around 6:30 AM to get a numbered ticket, 1 thru 5. Probably won't be seen with out one. Learned the hard way. Hopefully you won't have to. Wouldn't call it walk ins if you need a numbered ticket.
