What a great experience. I bought an IPhone 14 online with Verizon, I received a promotion on the phone. When I received the phone I realized it was smaller than I wanted. Today, we went to the Matthews Verizon store and Brennan (he was one of the mangers) was able to exchange it for me and help me get it set up. The kindest guy you will ever meet. We enjoyed talking with him while our phone was being set up! The process was very smooth and will always use this store!

Senior here, stopped @Matthews, NC Verizon with many questions regarding an iPhone battery replacement verses a new phone as Apple will no longer support my iPhone 10 by year end.Associate Matthew answered all my questions, helped me discern which phone to best meet my needs/purchase.He was so patient/knowledgeable, had awesome customer service skills! Electronic decisions are never easy, but he made sure I left the store iPhone educated/savvy/enlightened. :-)

Arrived, waited for someone to even acknowledge me, finally was signed in. 10 minutes later a guy walks in , 15 minutes late for a 11 o'clock appt and they take him ahead of me. Seriously? These people move slower than a Glacier as it is. Could somebody Please bring me some food, I may be here for some time!

Store manager was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. So my writing with service at the store would be a five star. However my overall rating is a three because I've had the service for over a year and it's intermittent and it's very slow. Going with fiber instead. They don't offer credits when their service is out or slow which seems to be a lot.

Carmyn at this location was amazing! She was super friendly and a great help. After getting the continuous run around with corporate and customer service we came into the store and Carmyn was our god send to get us back up and running! Thank you for the great customer service when corporate and customer service failed us!

Went Saturday to fix a problem with emails not sending. The head representative berates an employee for not signing me in and rudely admonished the guy for not getting to another customer. I get signed in and proceed to tell the senior representative the problem. He says enter your password, disappears for over 15 minutes and never comes back. I left, never to return again.Talked to my carrier provider for internet/wi-fi, the issue is with the client’s mobile phone service since I can send and receive from my laptop. I got the issue resolved myself last night.Don’t go to this store for anything!! Rude beyond!! The manager or whoever was left in charge needs a lesson on kindness!!

The representatives of this store have no idea what they do, they are useless. We went to the store and we ask to exchange the iPhone(my wife didn't like it)for a Galaxy S23+, and what she did? She gave us S22 plus, I didn't realize until next day, when my wife ask me something and I check the phone. Again, they are useless.

Went fix voice mail problem receiving msg. Since it worked in store, they did not offer to help me remove/reinstall app even though I said it's sporadic & worked with phone rep earlier. 3 Verizon reps at door agreed DIY best at next occurence for 15 yr. Customer.

We went there because my phone will not turn on, after attempting different ways… Chris from Verizon on Mathew’s was professional, nice, caring and honest. He turned my phone on and made suggestions for us to do at home. I highly recommend Chris at Verizon Matthews.
