“First off, shout-out to Brandon!! He was the acting manager tonight at this location. I went in 6266A off Burlington Road to see if they could help me from a HORRIBLE experience I had at a different location down the street.
Brandon was empathetic and personable. He reassured me that I would be taken care of and went above and beyond to make things right. For this reason, I HIGHLY recommend THIS Dollar General if you are in the Gibsonville/Greensboro area.
Make NO mistake, there are several Dollar General stores down this stretch of road, but the 6266A location is the BEST one yet! Trust me, you'll thank me later.

“The worse Dollar General, on December 26th I ask the lady if they will be marking the Christmas decor down to fifty percent off . She said no, I explained that the other stores have already marked their items down. She's always busy running her mouth instead of working in the store”

Update 1-17-25: This location is fine overall, but the customer experience could be improved. A little more enthusiasm when greeting customers, especially during the holiday season, would make a big difference. A warm smile and a cheerful “hello” can go a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
That said, my experience today by the cash register was much better. The staff member actually greeted me, which made my visit feel more pleasant.

“As far as Dollar Generals go, this is a good location. Food is always in stock & supplies are varied. I often drop by to refill my cupboards before grocery day and the prices are very easy on the wallet. This location does a lot of restocking during the day, which can be difficult on clientele who are trying to get through different aisles, so be prepared. Otherwise, this place is great for providing Greensboro residents with what they need!”

Once again, I can enjoy shopping at this DG store. First, the parking lot is CLEAN! Second, inside DG the isles are clear (from front to back), floors are kept clean (swept/mopped), and most of all the SHELVES are STOCKED with PRODUCTS!We (valued customers) owe this remarkable improvement (in part) to the dedicated, and sometimes demanding work done by TOMEKA AUDREY and TYESHA JOHNSON, part of Heidi B's (supervisor) team that I've had the absolute pleasure to interact with on several occasions. “I want to thank and recognize sales associate,Jacob, for going above and beyond to assist me this morning with balloons. He took extra steps to inflate balloons with very cumbersome confetti inserts and I appreciate his efforts. He even retrieved a balloon that slipped out of my hands, from the ceiling. Truly an example of EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! He said this is not his regular store so I'm grateful he was there this morning to help me!!”
