“I just want a shout out to the manager Lauren I have a vision issues and other disabilities that make it hard on me . I need several different greeting cards but I couldn't stand or even read the cards ßo I called and told her what I needed she was so helpful to get them and even brought out to me so Thank you for going above to help me out today .”
“Visited this store earlier today. It is by far the cleanest, neatest, most well stocked Dollar Tree I've ever visited. It even smelled clean
The staff so friendly, and knowledgeable.
It was refreshing to visit a store where the staff actually cares. Well done!!”
“Is Dollar tree what can I say? I enjoy shopping there because I like to find bargains and I can relax and walk up and down the aisles. It's a bunch cheaper than paying a shrink! I call it my shopping therapy ???”
“The store demonstrates a continued commitment to excellence through ongoing enhancements in service, atmosphere, and product selection. The new employees there are friendly ?✨”
“This store is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals I have been too. Clerk was very nice. Store was clean and the aisles were clear of unstocked items. You could actually shop here and be a pleasant experience.”
“Greetings, I sat outside about 10 minutes before going in. Yes, in all honesty. It was still early, I just listened to the radio to the early old school morning hosts... ya know! Well, this DT was very nice and I'll say stocked. There's always ? here and there, but let them stare. I'll be back. Hopefully, you'll do the same and enjoy your trip on the Dollar General Ship... Remember to get your receipt and save 5 bucks off 25.00, ?”
“Dangerously close to the house. They have a little of everything she that's what I wind up buying. Friendly crew clean store fair prices for a convenient store”
“I would like to Give 5⭐'s to Manager (Krystal) She is a very hard worker and Always Attentive to what the Customer Needs. She Makes you feel very Welcoming as We come into the store Thanks again ?”
“First off, shout-out to Brandon!! He was the acting manager tonight at this location. I went in 6266A off Burlington Road to see if they could help me from a HORRIBLE experience I had at a different location down the street.
Brandon was empathetic and personable. He reassured me that I would be taken care of and went above and beyond to make things right. For this reason, I HIGHLY recommend THIS Dollar General if you are in the Gibsonville/Greensboro area.
Make NO mistake, there are several Dollar General stores down this stretch of road, but the 6266A location is the BEST one yet! Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Signed, a grateful customer ?”
“Pretty organized when I came in. Lady at the front was nice and helped me find what I was looking for (the store is packed and can be overwhelming). Nice experience 👍🏾”
“I Love the store Manager she has a good attitude I think she is over worked but let me tell you for the most part the store is neat it can use a touch up but the fact that there is no rolltainers in my way it’s a plus I shop at lest three times a week she knows my brand of smokes I love it”
“Every time I come here, I see familar faces and although their job sucks right now during Covid, they're always pleasant. Especially the manager. He is funny, welcoming and a super hard worker.”
“The store is fine. Just look a little more jolly when customers come in and greet them.. especially during the season
Update 1-17-25: This location is fine overall, but the customer experience could be improved. A little more enthusiasm when greeting customers, especially during the holiday season, would make a big difference. A warm smile and a cheerful “hello” can go a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
That said, my experience today by the cash register was much better. The staff member actually greeted me, which made my visit feel more pleasant.
I’ve included some pictures of items I snapped while in the store to give an idea of what’s available.”
“I will drive by other dollar generals to goto this one... Never seen a place where everybody who works there is friendly... The manager Latoya and Sabrina are the best... Latoya even ask if i forgot to get my wifes cigerettes or ice... All DG's should be modeled after this one❤️ Its really an old school vibe where people actually talk to you..”
“I really LOVE this family dollar store more than any other store in Greensboro. My TOP #1 EMPLOYEE IS CONQUETTA, SHE IS OUTSTANDING! VERY PROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND PROMOTION. SHE CONNECTS WITH HER CUSTOMERS AND VERY DEDICATED TO HER WORK. I ENJOY SEEING HER SMILING FACE EVRYTIME I GO TO FAMILY DOLLAR. OUT OF EVERY STORE IN GREENSBORO. I HAVE TO BE HONEST THIS IS THE BEST. BECAUSE OF CONQUETTA'S SMILING, PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL ALWAYS SHOP HERE. THIS MY FIRST CHOICE OF STORES TO SHOP AT. The staff is very nice and very welcoming. They let you shop in peace, inform you about the products and store savings. I can always find what I need and get checked out in no time. More than five stars please!”

“This Dollar Tree is definitely going to be my go-to in Greensboro! I was so thrilled to find out they carry my stay-awake pills—it’s such a relief to know I can grab them here without hassle. The store is well-stocked, organized, and has a friendly atmosphere. The convenience and affordability make it a no-brainer. Thank you, Dollar Tree, for making my day! I’ll definitely be back soon!”
“The lady working was remarkably engaging and friendly when I stopped in seeking one item. She made the encounter so friendly that I spent the extra time to gather a few additional items.”
“They definitely need a larger supply of Black Santa Claus. I purchased all four of them that they had in stock. The store has limited space . Customer service was great.”
“The local Dollar general on yanceyville and cone is an excellent starter shop they don't discriminate and they take the time it takes to get things done right.”
“Went to purchase a gallon of detergent they have a colorful assortment of both perishable and other household goods. The cashier was friendly and polite. Prices were great even for name brand items.”
“I just want to say that Fatima has been amazing every time I’ve come in. She is always professional, kind, and very helpful. She takes her time to make sure everything is right and makes customers feel welcomed and valued. You can tell she truly cares about her job and the people she serves.?”
“I was so impressed, as were other customers, with Vickie today. She was multi-tasking and moving the line so quickly. Very professional and personable. Someone asked if she was the manager. LOL
Vickie said she is a manager in training. Kudos to her!! Best DG experience ever.”
“I would like to give Employee Shannon a5⭐ I can tell she is a very hard worker She also was very welcoming coming into the store today 03/19/26 Thanks”
“It was a fast experience I found the product that I was looking for I went to the register with serve and good timing and I was off on my way they usually have plenty of what this particular Family Dollar sales and they are usually always courteous and friendly”
“I have shopped at this Dollar General location (4045 Randleman Rd., Greensboro, NC) many times. I am usually able to find whatever I’m needing or looking for.
There have been occasions when the person at the checkout register could have been more helpful and friendly.
This location has a decent selection of the typical items that other Dollar General stores offer, such as household items, health and beauty products, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, foods, and seasonal decor.”
“The unappreciated surroundings community around the Dollargenerals areas. These stores work hard with what the company provides for these stores to work off of. It would be very helpful for you to care as they do instead of stealing, trashing the place ,parking lots, taking the shopping cart ,dumping your trash in their dumpster which is against the law. A lot of worker do take pride in their work place to keep it cleaned, filled and organized for YOU to shop! So help your store locations stay clean and shopable instead of complaining!!!”
“Love Richard hands down. He's the one who keeps this Dollar General running. Don't like some of the new staff that want to put a knife into his back. Very unprofessional. Not how a company should run. So give Richard a raise. This small town needs him.”
“Loveeeee Dollar General 💰 like it's my favorite store no matter what location and city I go too the workers are always friendly and helpful and funny 🤣 as well 💜”
