“Amber is simply the best!! I went to see her to get my 16 year old a new passport, but I was pulled over on the way here, and it made me 30 minutes late for my appointment. Amber was able to help me right away and David and her were able to get my son’s passport processed and expedited for us!! We can’t thank you both enough! Amber, you will be forever remembered in my family! Please stay how you are with the best customer service I’ve ever encountered at the Post Office! Way to go Amber and David! Every time we visit, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming—not just to us, but especially to our girls. They always go out of their way to make them feel special, whether it’s offering a lollipop or handing them a little surprise gift. It’s those thoughtful gestures that make a place feel like more than just a business—it feels like part of the community.

“I love this post office. The employees are quick and efficient. They also maintain their cool when dealing with very rude and abusive customers. I was in there the other day when a gentleman was cussing at the sweet clerk at the front counter. He did not even live in the town in which the office serviced the mail delivery for and was irate that his delivering office (the next town over) had misdelivered a parcel to him.The employee was trying to explain that he would have to notify his delivering office of the mistake in order to rectify it.He proceeded to curse her out and throw a parcel at her across the counter.She handled it well and told him to leave without ever losing her cool.”

“I've had a fairly good time at this establishment, I've never had a bad moment from any of the staff. I like one of the personell the most, at the moment I cannot remember her name though. She's awesome, and very friendly!”
“Ken was an absolute joy to work with. He is working to help clean up a mess that started when another postal worker from another location lied and possibly did something illegal. We have worked with him three times already and may need to go in two more times however, knowing that this will truly be corrected once and for all is comforting. We should never have gone to any other locations, only here and with Ken.”
“Very nice! We came to pick up a package but had forgotten to get it within the 15 day hold limit, she let us know what to expect with the package being returned to sender. Appreciated the patience and assistance!”
“They were so helpful when I was mailing packages. I had made a mistake on the address and they caught it. If they had not it would have been returned, and the BD present not delivered. I had many incidences where they have been patient and helpful.”

“Helpful, courteous, efficient--what more could you ask for? The staff here are awesome. Tia, at the front counter, is warm, professional, and as patient as the day is long. The negative reviews here talk about the speed of the mail, or not getting personally handed their mail. I think those complaints are not relevant to the actual storefront, since they're beyond the control of the staff here. If you want more speedy or more personalized service, they need the funding to hire more people and improve the ratio of mail per mail-mover.
Call your representative, don't tank the reviews.
