Very secure establishment, given the cost of some of there silverware. I was greeted as soon as we came into the store. Lots of antique pieces as well as items in the museum that were not for sell. They offer more than what you see on display. Just ask a representative and they can look in the back for you.

Wonderful website, super knowledgeable staff, on site museum and showroom is amazing. I have sold china and glassware to them and bought hard to find pieces from them. All positive experiences.
