When I went into the store to pick my order up, everybody was really kind, warm and welcoming. It was the type of throwback customer service you forget you're missing until you walk into a place like Wade's. Highly recommend.”

“Being from the north, I never thought Replacements would be closed 3 days after several inches of snow, but it was. The supervisor did let me in and roam around the showroom to my heart's content. The show rooms are set up beautifully and staff was very pleasant and helpful. What ever is being sort, can probably be located here. Replacements is definitely on my return list. I don't say this lightly as I live in Northern New England and it is a long drive.
