This is the worst mattress ever. First one needed to be replaced as it made noise when you sat on it and the side collapsed. With the second mattress we even upgraded the mattress and it sags something awful .We have been trying to get our money back for over two years as we don’t want another mattress as two has been enough.Mr Walker was at our house and was great to deal with as their rep . Mr Walker passed us off to the corporate office now in Canada when the second mattress failed and it has been a nightmare try to get this issue resolved .We purchased the mattress from Carolina furniture in Lincolnton NC who was no help at all in resolving our problems.

We are so delighted with our mattress as it is incredibly comfortable and it stopped my husbands snoring because we bought the incline!!! Would highly recommend. Scott was amazing to work with. Very responsive and great customer service.

Really good beds at reasonable prices. We just purchased our second firm mattress for our second home because we loved the first one so much! Great for our old backs lol! Very nice and responsive staff too.

We were referred here by a friend. I really don't know how to describe this experience because I'm conflicted.The lady helping us seemed to be in training. She was very nice, but she seemed to be new and by herself, with no help.Also, I expected the prices to be a little lower, being an outlet. I haven't shopped for a mattress in a while, but they were comparable with other named brand mattresses, if not higher, for a less durable feeling bed... at an outlet store.Aside from pricing, another deciding factor was just that we wouldn't be able to get the mattresses in time for move in. We were told they would have to be made to order.

I highly recommend both Kingsdown mattresses and this store. The store is very clean and neatly laid out with many mattresses on display to choose from. Wendy was great to work with. We started with the bedmatch technology to find our ideal support type. Wendy was very knowledgeable, showing us suitable options, and patiently allowing us the time to make our selection without pressure. I like the fact that the mattresses are made locally and can be delivered within 7-10 days. This was the ideal mattress shopping experience!

Me and my family visited the showroom a couple of times. The staff is really good and helped us make good choices quickly. The show room is big and neat and have good options. We had a good experience and also recommended this place to our neighbors.

The gentleman was very kind and helpful. We did the analysis for seeing which bed was best for my husband and I. We ordered the bed setup delivery and was really nice to hear we only have to wait 2 weeks to get a custom made for us mattress so quickly. Overall so far it’s been a good experience.

There is no other mattress as well made or as comfortable as a Kingsdown Mattress. We had a wonderful shopping experience at the Factory Direct Store.
